Balchem Announces Dividend

Balchem Corporation (NASDAQ: BCPC) declared a dividend on its shares of common stock equal to $0.64 per share on the Company’s issued and outstanding Common Stock, to be payable on January 21, 2022 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 28, 2021. This dividend represents an 10.3% increase over last year’s annual dividend.
