Education and Training with eCornell

Balchem partnered with eCornell, Cornell University’s online learning platform, to provide virtual on-demand courses.  Led by Cornell University Professors, eCornell provides Balchem with a framework of courses to further our education regarding Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging.

Balchem leadership teams have completed courses.  Key course takeaways include:

  • Assess and improve employee engagement levels
  • Enhance organizational culture in your team and company
  • Recognize unconscious bias and how it affects the way that people perceive and react to others
  • Understand the dimensions of diversity that matter most in organizations and why
