Effect of Spraying Nordmann Fir with Metalosate Zinc and Metalosate Boron on the winter survival of Internodal buds

May-Sept 2004 – The study aims at determining the best timing to spray Metalosate Boron 1 liter/Ha (14 fl. oz/acre) and Metalosate Zinc 2 liter/Ha (28 fl. oz/acre) to increase the number of internodal buds on Nordmann fir in Denmark. The best time was found to be early July. Earlier and later applications did not yield a response.
