Effect of Metalosate Iron applications of pear under Belgian conditions

May-Aug 2008 – The study compared the effects of various foliar and soil applied iron on the iron leaf content, and fruit quality of Conference pears. Metalosate Iron and Fe-EDTA applied foliarly gave the best results, with half the elemental iron per season for Metalosate Iron compared to Fe-EDTA. Fe-EDDHA showed no effects.
